As announced at the Treeline HOA Board Meeting, the Board of Directors has approved a transition in management companies, moving from CKM Property Management to Crest Management Company, with the official effective date of March 1st.

This change is intended to benefit our community by reducing management fees for residents while also providing enhanced support and operational processes through Crest’s larger team and resources.

There will be no immediate changes to the engagement model. During February, the Board, Crest, and CKM are working closely together to ensure a smooth transition, and residents should continue to contact CKM and Angela as usual. A more detailed communication outlining the next steps will be shared at the end of February.

We would also like to sincerely thank CKM and their team, especially Angela, for their dedication and support to Treeline over the past several years. We truly appreciate their service to our community.
