Exterior Changes Request
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
To maintain Treeline’s beautiful appearance and protect property values, all exterior changes must comply with the Association’s Covenants, Deed Restrictions, and ACC Guidelines. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC), a dedicated team of community members, reviews and approves any proposed modifications or new construction that affect a home’s exterior.
Projects requiring approval include any external changes, improvements, or additions, as for example:

Exterior painting or re-roofing

Installation of new windows or doors

Building decks, patios, or pools

Adding or modifying fences

And others
