Online Payment via Owner Portal

For easier, faster, and immediate confirmation of your payment, which helps eliminate concerns about postal delays or lost checks, we highly recommend paying online through our owner portal, accessible anytime from any device.

Go to CKM Portal
Log in to your account. If you haven’t registered, simply click “Register” or “Sign Up” to create one.
Once logged in, go to the “Billing” section to find options for submitting your payment electronically.
Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
