HOA Board of Directors
It's a group of elected homeowner volunteers responsible for creating a long-term strategy, setting goals and priorities, overseeing finances and ensuring transparency, approving major contracts and significant projects, and supervising the management company.
CKM Property Management
The management company is hired by the board to provide professional administrative support and oversee daily operations, including handling homeowner inquiries and providing overall support, managing finances, collecting dues, preparing financial reports, coordinating vendors' bids and repairs, enforcing policies and rules, and advising on legal compliance.
