The Board is currently considering replacing Treeline’s frail and rusty fences and evaluating materials, sizing, coatings, and design options to ensure durability and long-term effectiveness. Once specifications are finalized, bids will be solicited from multiple reputable vendors. with bid requests planned for late March. Funding for this work will come from the Association’s Reserve Fund, designated for capital asset replacements.
