Treeline HOA Meeting Recap — Stay Informed on What Matters

Thank you to everyone who joined our recent HOA meeting on February 10th. With more than 80 residents in attendance, it was a highly engaging evening.

We covered several important topics, including:

  • The proposed trail project and clarification of prior misunderstandings

  • A new gate solution to help prevent ongoing crashes, which was voted on and approved by residents

  • Fence and street sign improvement projects

  • Financial updates

  • Our upcoming management company transition

  • And several other key neighborhood initiatives
