Board Organizational Meeting Summary – January 5, 2026

On January 5, 2026, the newly elected Board of Directors met to organize leadership, assign responsibilities, and address several time-sensitive matters. During the meeting, officers were elected to enable necessary financial actions, including updating bank signatories and moving Association funds into higher-yield investments.

The Board also established a structure for 2026 initiatives, assigned tasks, and began work on planned projects for the year. In addition, the Board discussed and made critical decisions regarding the renewal of the Association’s management contract. Formal ratification of the elected officer positions, along with other important matters, will be presented to the residents at the upcoming HOA Meeting on February 10, 2026.
