Unfortunately, we’ve seen an uptick in undesirable nocturnal activity in our community in recent weeks.  In addition to the Scherer Woods skunk, other undesirables have been detected.  It has been recently suggested that it’s time to change all the gate codes.  Yes, that will include pedestrian gates and the entrance gate codes.  This suggestion is worthwhile, though it may lead to some short-term inconvenience.   However, we believe this low-cost and practical action is one we should take to maintain community security over the long term.  Once we have a plan in place, we will provide notice and guidance to assist with any actions required of residents to minimize inconvenience.
