Closure Devices Added to Pedestrian Gates
In late 2025 the Board approved the replacement of the gate closure devices (hinge springs) on the front pedestrian gate, the two pedestrian gates along Randy Riley in the Gated Section and the pedestrian gate adjacent to the Gated Section entry. That work has been completed. In addition, the combination locks have also been lubricated and recoded. Neighborhood Security- Important Tips
The following security tips were discussed at the December meetings with the constable team from the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office (P4CO) to help keep Treeline safe. Enhanced Patrols in Treeline P4CO receives $1.5 million annually in supplemental funding from MUD 5, which enables them to effectively patrol 23 neighborhoods, including Treeline. Protect our Storm Drains
Some time back during our rainy season, during the late night on a Monday and early Tuesday morning, we experienced a hard, pouring rain coupled with high winds.
